Threat Assessment

A comprehensive Integrated Vulnerability Assessment (IVA) evaluates both obvious and subtle system vulnerabilities.  The IVA can effectively catalog a list of vulnerabilities that allow remedial actions to enhance physical security, hospital incident command structure, integration capability to municipal emergency response assets, staff awareness of chemical biological threats, and also to all-hazards mass casualty events.

A team of security specialists will conduct an on-site survey, which will include but not be limited to the following areas:

  1. Physical Facilities

  2. Key Personnel Interviews

  3. Emergency Operations Plans (EOPs)

  4. Security

Post Assessment Review

Once the IVA is completed, TTG will provide a post assessment review to key decision makers within the organization.  The briefing will include the findings of the IVA as well as recommend strategies to “harden” the facility to the identified threats.
